That Nipmuck record is ridiculous! Such a fun but tough course to run a nearly sub 3:00 on, especially in June! Very impressive.
Thanks. I was in pretty good shape. I guessed it was about 30 minutes slower than the same effort on the road. I ran with the leaders for the first 20 miles then picked it up. Not sure if I could have broken 3 on my own...probably not since the advantage of running with the other guys was their ability to navigate!
