Week Ending 01/13/18

As if the Government shutdown isn't bad enough...I ended up doing something to my RIGHT ankle on Friday.  I was actually starting to feel pretty good, my left ankle was feeling better as was the hamstring (right) issue.  During my run with Dan on Friday afternoon it really started to hurt around 4 miles.  By the end of the run (7m) it was killing me.  Feels similar to how it felt at the marathon back in October.  Icing like mad and hoping for the best.
