My goal this week was to hit 60 miles and run as quickly as possible at the Hopkinton Series 5k. I hit my goal with a 60 mile week (and 7 hours on the bike for 164.9 miles). I also took 62 seconds off my time from the previous Hopkinton race and got a surprise win! I'm aiming for another 60 mile week then hope to hit 70 to kick of March.
