Another high 80 week (87 miles) along with a workout (2x440 & 2x1 mile), a bunch of rail trail runs, a race, and a 2 hour bike ride to close out the weekend. Good fun and I'm not feeling any worse for the wear. Thinking I may drop down to closer to 70 miles for next week and see if I can get in a fast (fast is relative especially for XC races) 5k at the Wayland race next Sunday.
