Track Workout

Since graduating from U-Lowell in 1987 I’ve rarely done 10 or more workouts in a year.  This year I’ve already got in 15 workouts which can be account for by a mix of being healthy enough to do track workouts and a desire to keep my diminishing speed from diminishing even more rapidly.

Dan and I have both been aiming to race at the USATF track nationals in Chicago later this summer so any speed work is a good thing...especially if I'm doing the 800/1500 (along with the 5,000).
