Old course record

My old course record at the CMS Freezer Five held up for another year.  This was my first race as a member of CMS back on 01/01/1992.  New teammate Larry Sayers and I decided to “take it easy and tie” running a 24-flat.  I’m still trying to break 24 minutes but now that is a goal time for FOUR miles.
