For the first time in a few months I wasn't wear testing any new shoes so it was off to the closet to see what I had. I started using a new pair of Saucony shoes that were pretty comfortable but after 4 days I was having some shin pain. I decided to try a different pair today. I went with a K-Swiss shoe that looks a bit like a bowling shoe. They were also comfortable but probably a little too light for daily use. I think these may become my go-to shoe for any workouts or tempo runs.
