Ugly week, calf injury returned this time right at the calf/Achilles junction…a nasty location with limited blood flow.

M – 430am Industrial park 5 in 39:25, Lunch run 4 in 30:29 (very sore by the end).  PM 5+ with Dan on the road, Achilles killing me 42:32

T – Lunch 4 very tentative 32:39, PM Winnekenni 5 alone in 39:48

W – Lunch 4 in 31:44, PM out/back 6 in Salem NH in 47:22

Th – 430am Ind Pk 5 with Paul K in 40:32, Early afternoon 5- on the Chubb Trail near St Louis in 40:41

F – 6 on the paved bike path along the Mississippi with Paul and Richard in 48:01, Afternoon 48:04 in the park and the zoo on mixed surfaces.

S – 5+ running loops around the

Market Street

mile (Richard 4:56, Paul 5:44) 42:53, then afternoon run on the levee in Illinois (after bagging a county high point) 43:33

S – 37:57 early morn run with Richard, Paul, and Nancy, then later in some heavy rain with Paul 47:56
