I aimed for a new “pr” for volume of work in a week and got
it by over two hours. I hit over 28
hours of aerobic work for the week or 4:01:30 per day. More important was that I started back to
running again, logging 3 miles on Saturday and Sunday. I will not miss getting up at 2:45am to get
on the rower by 3.
